An existential comedy about yarn, chaos and Eurovision.

Unstitching is 50 min solo show and a unique comedy that explores the struggle of one woman to express herself authentically in front of others. Through spoken-word, cynical stand-up, lip-syncing and dancing to Eurovision songs, she tries to find her voice on stage. However, as the show progresses, her facade starts to unravel and she becomes overwhelmed by her inability to organize her own thoughts, leading to hilarious and poignant moments.

This avant-garde and lively production delves into the universal themes of expression and the challenges we face when attempting to present our true selves to the world.

The show was created in March of 2022 and has since been to Camden Fringe, Six Plays One Day, Brighton Fringe, Kings Head Theatre and it was commissioned by Culture Liverpool for the city-wide Eurovision celebrations. It will next be going to Edinburgh Fringe in August.

Unstitching is a celebration of Eurovision and a vulnerable dissection of self-expression.
